The Ficus Microcarpa (also known as Chinese Fig or Banyan Fig) is a tropical species of tree that is ever popular in the Bonsai world. A very robust and relatively easy to care for tree, it is grown by Bonsai enthusiasts of all levels, from beginner to expert.

This magnificent looking tree will really provide the Wow factor to your guests and visitors. It's thick, shaped trunk is unmissable and the dangling root system looks absolutely spectacular whilst the dense foliage on the branches and canopy really show off the quality and health of the tree.

The tree should ideally be kept indoors (although it will survive outdoors as long as temperatures don't drop too low) in a location that gets at least a small amount of sunlight a day.
