Returns & Refunds
At Savvy+, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to fix it quickly and fairly. We are a dropshipping business and we are responsible for returns and refunds. Products, in most cases, will need to be returned to the supplier.

Your Right to Cancel
You can cancel online orders within 14 days of receiving your items, in line with UK consumer law. To start a cancellation or return, email returns@savvyplus.co.uk with your order number.

Returns
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging (unless faulty).
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and verify your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exclusions
Some products cannot be returned - including perishable goods, personalised items, or items sealed for hygiene reasons (e.g. cosmetics) once opened.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
